#Exfoliating should be done, 2 or 3 times a week after cleansing. Exfoliating gives a deeper cleanse by removing dead skin cells and unblocking pores. Improves spots and blackheads, and allows any product applied to penetrate better.
.

#Cleansing Morning and Night
The morning cleanse removes all the dead skin cells, surface oils and dirt that have built up during the night. Not removing this layer can lead to dull, spotty skin.
The night time cleanse is the most important. Leaving makeup on the skin is the fastest way to skin problems. It will clog your skin overnight, when your skin is working hard to repair itself. During the day your skin is picking up dirt and pollution which if not removed will damage cells and block pores.

#Toning removes traces of cleanser, oils and dirt left behind by the cleansing process. Toner will also soothe and hydrate the skin and balance out the ph levels.
Using toner regularly will improve blemish problems and even out skin texture by closing damaged or open pores. It will take down redness, and even out blotchy skin.
Toners are water based with added plant extracts or essential oils.
Apply with damp cotton  wool. Water works well to tone the skin, with facial washes. Rinse skin well to remove all of the product.  .

Cream cleansers or facial washes?
Never use soap, it will dry out skin leaving it tight and irritated.
Cream Cleansers apply to dry skin. Massage cleanser in paying particular attention to problem areas. Remove with damp cotton wool, (wet cotton wool that has had the water squeezed out so it feels damp) or rinse with warm water.
Facial Wash apply to dry skin. Massage in to loosen dirt and make up and rinse.
Eye Cleansers are a good idea as skin around the eyes is very thin and delicate. Normal cleansers could irritate. Eye cleansers are particularly important if you wear eye makeup. Heavy waterproof make up will need a special eye cleanser.

#Skincare should be an important part of your daily Routine. With so many products to choose from, it is difficult to know what is needed.

After cleansing and toning, blot skin dry with a towel or tissue. Apply Exfoliant to the skin and massage in, using circular movements. Pay special attention to problem areas, normally forehead, nose and chin. Rinse well and tone again.

#Facemasks used once or twice a week, after exfoliating, are a great way of hydrating, feeding, and cleansing skin that needs a little extra TLC.
If you have a skin problem, there will be a mask to treat it. Most skins benefit from regular face masks, a once or twice a week. They are excellent at rehydrating, thanks to the oils in the mask. Most masks contain natural clays which are good at drawing out dirt from the pores.
Face masks help to relax and de-stress. Stress causes skin blemishes, red blotchy skin or dry patches, eczema and psoriasis problems worsen. Chilling with a face mask is essential me time.

Choose a mask suitable for your skin. Dry, dehydrated and sensitive skin will benefit from
Monu Hydrating Mask, which will hydrate, soothe and plump the skin.
Monu Aromatic Mask will cleanse and moisturise. Stimulates skin leaving a radiant
complexion.
Clays in masks draw out dirt, cleansing pores, giving a deep cleanse.
Oils, lipids and collagen moisturise and soothe.
Face masks will also stimulate skin, increasing blood flow and helping to fight blemishes
and giving skin a radiant look.
